Chair is vacant 2004-2005 Goals - The technical committee will continue to serve as the primary source of Technical Questions and Answers for STRUCTURE magazine. This is an NCSEA assignment. This assignment requires the technical committee to find answers to questions submitted by readers and find questions when no questions are submitted.
- Report to the Board of Directors on the ill-fated wind study. Is the project dead, and if not, can it be
revived and, more importantly, should it be revived?
